Paging Dr. Cullen

Peter's Most Embarrassing New Moon Moment!

Paging Dr. Cullen!

Our friend Heidi Bennett from the Official Twilight Fan Page got some face time in with Peter Facinelli and learned that the vampire medical practitioner wasn't always as smooth as he is on screen. Check out this Q&A where he talks about accidentally messing with Jackson Rathbone's hair, stitching up chickens and a surprise name change...

Q: What's the hardest thing about playing a vamp?

A: Being dead

Q: Favorite memory from filming?

A: Hanging out with the cast

Q: If you could play one character for the rest of your life, who would it be?

A: Not Dr. Cooper [from Showtime's Nurse Jackie], that boy has issues.

Q: Most embarrassing New Moon moment?

A: During the fight scene, where Jasper is trying to attack Bella, I accidently knocked Jackson's wig off. Jackson realize it and he kept running through the scene with his hair hanging off his head.

Q: Most challenging scene?

A: Probably the stitches. I bought chicken breast and practiced stitching them for a month to prepare for scene.

Q: Given the choice between vampire and shapeshifter, who would you want to be?

A: Vampire because I like the idea of living eternally!

Bonus fact: If Peter ever had to change his name (because never aging would get a little suspicious), he would go with Billy Bob Hill!
