Dets on 'The Runaways' Soundtrack

The soundtrack for Kristen Stewart's & Dakota Fanning's new flick The Runaways in which they play real life rock goddesses Joan Jett & Cherie Currie will be in stores on March 23, but you can download it on the16th. It's sprinkled with a tasty mix of punk classics, original Runaways tracks and Kristen/Dakota channeling their inner rockers.

I bet Kristen is just pleased as peaches to have her voice laid down for the world to hear. After her performance in Into the Wild, I'm confident she'll put the "pussy to the wood" as Joan once said. Sorry, should've warned you before dropping a P-bomb.

Slap the word Twilight on anything and it will sell

Australian Gold may need to bone up on their vampire lore before releasing their new Eternal Twilight bronzer.

Pretty sure this ad campaign is following the slap the word Twilight on anything and it will sell theory. It's a valid argument, but when you cross tanning with it's literal opposite (pale skinned vampires), the message gets lost in translation. I actually think the slogan "make you long for Twilight…the dark just before the dawn." is kinda hot, but completely confusing to their subliminal target audience--Twilighters. It's not the worst attempt at leeching off Meyer's Cullen craze, but, then again, it might just be the sparkly rainbow packaging that has me "bewitched." Dazzled must be trademarked.

30 Seconds to Mars just announced the US dates for their INTO THE WILD tour which is currently rockin' the UK. (Check thirtysecondstomars.com for 30-tastic blogs, written by Jared, about life on tour. They were riding in a luggage bay the last I read.) US dates opening acts are Twilight OST "Spotlighter"s Mutemath & Neon Trees . PS Is it a coincidence that Detroit tickets go on sale on my birthday? I think not.

Robert Pattinson presented at last year's Oscars, but guess which Twilight stars are doing it this time around?

I'll let Kristen Stewart tell you…

"Yeah, I'm going," Stewart just told me when I asked if we'd be seeing her on March 7 at the Academy Awards. "Me and Taylor are going to present."

Stewart admits she's very nervous.

"I've been looking at shoes," she said. "I'm trying to pick shoes that I know I won't fall down in."

I chatted with Stewart at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where she'd been holed for most of the day promoting her new drama, The Yellow Hankerchief, with costars Eddie Redmyane, Maria Bello and William Hurt.

In a couple of days, she'll be in London for BAFTA's Orange Awards, where she's a Rising Star nominee.

"I feel so funny about it," Stewart says. "Really cool people have won and really cool people are up for it this year. And I know a few of them, like Jesse [Eisenberg] and Carey [Mulligan]."

As well, A Single Man star Nicholas Hoult and French actor Tahar Rahim round out the list.

Stewart thinks it's Rahim's award to win.

"I can't even actually think about that," she says, covering her face. "If I win, I'm gonna be like, 'Carey, Jesse, suck it up—'cause I think Tahar should have won."

It's on like Fashion Week people!

It's on like Fashion Week people! As if NY's Fashion Week wasn't hot enough, the Calvin Klein Mens show was stocked full of front row man-tastic delights. Let's break this down: Lee Pace (Pushing Daisies), Jared Leto(30 Second to Mars), Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl), Ryan Phillippe (Cruel Intentions), Kellan Lutz (Twilight) and Mehcad Brooks(True Blood)! Excuse me while my head explodes...OK, reassembled. Seriously, this is like something out of a dream-- Literally, I'm pretty sure I've had this dream, but it involved me running a lot, and Jared was singing. Kellan may have been an assassin. It was all very Glamorama. Enjoy the sweet tooth!



PS Check Out Tomo (30STM guitarist) in the second row. Second class citizen...? Ah, the fickle world of fashion.

First 'Eclipse' trailer confirmed

TW-EAH!!! A mere 22 days until our first look at Eclipse!!! So, maybe I was wrong about the first Eclipse trailer being aired at the Oscars (March 7), but maybe not since Summit's official twitter tweet'd Stay tuned for more information on 'where you can see it earlier that week' right after the announcement of the first trailer airing before Remember Me on March 12.

Either way, this is me caring. We get a taste in 3 weeks!

Rob's Details article proves to be very...informative

Lessons learned over the span of 4 beers and a coffee with Rob Pattinson:

• Elephants purr...and pickpocket
• Cancrum oris is a disease in which bacteria eat away at your face until there's little left but your teeth
• Rob's "allergic to vaginas", has "kaleidoscope eyes" and a "fascination with afflictions that maim and disfigure and disgust" (ergo bullet point #2) yet some how still manages to maintain his gentlemanly British charm through it all.

'Eclipse' trailer before 'Remember Me'????

First, let me state that I am the last person to start or perpetuate rumors, BUT when I read (in a Fandago article) that there could possibly be an Eclipse trailer airing before Rob's new movie Remember Me staring Emile DeRavin (Lost) on March 12 I TW-ipped out and had to see what you guys thought. Now, this negates my previous prediction that the first footage would roll on Oscar night (Sunday, March 7), but I kinda wouldn't mind waiting 5 more days for a double dose of Rob on the big screen.

So, what do you guys think? Will Summit follow suit by airing trailers for their other movies i.e. Eclipse before their current one? OR would you rather see it ASAP on Oscar night? Either way, David Slade needs to get his editing butt in gear and get us our first look! We love you David, but hurry, pretty TW-ease.
